St Bride’s is a creative, progressive and inclusive Anglican church, located in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter. They host the Open Table Network, a growing partnership of Christian worship communities which welcome and affirm people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community or questioning, plus their families, friends and allies.

Meeting on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, the church prides itself on being a non-judgmental space that welcomes a diverse array of community members - especially multi-generations and asylum seekers. For Open Table Network and St Bride’s, a current campaigning priority is for marriage to be allowed in the Anglican church, with the group undertaking community-led research, offering lecture series on theology, and promoting their open philosophy on social media, as tactics to change the broader church’s position. St Bride’s hopes one day to host the first queer wedding in an Anglican Church.
